City Tour

We are going to pick you up from the Airport and transfer to the Hotel. 1:30 P.M Picks up of the Hotel 02:00 P.M .The tour starts with the impressive Colonial Cathedral in Cusco that contains over 400 paintings from the Cusquenan School.

After that we go to visit the Temple of the Sun, main religious center of the Incas dedicated to the Sun Cult. (Coricancha). According to the chroniclers, the walls of this temple were entirely covered with gold.

After this will visit Saqsayhuaman, famous for its enormous carved rocks.

Then continue to Qenqo that means labyrinth and the ceremonies were officiated in honor in the sun, the moon and the stars.

Pukapukara (Red Strength), it would have served as tambo or place of rest and lodging.

Tambomachay would have completed a religious important function linked to the water and the regeneration of the earth. At 18.30 pm. End of tour.
